Beginners
An introduction to surfing / beach and water safety.
The initial steps to catching your first waves and standing up on your surfboard.

Improvers
This surf course will consolidate your skills and propell you to the next level. Including paddling out, take-offs, turning, an introduction to green waves and surfing etiquette.

Intermediate / Advanced
This level fine tunes your current ability with particular emphasis on maneuvers and positioning on the waves. Video analysis can be used in conjunction with this level of surfing tuition.

Other areas of coaching can also include fitness and training techniques for surfing, equipment, diet and nutrition analysis and competition development and tactics.
